The User-Defined Actions toolbar is a row of buttons with icons representing User-Defined Actions.

"Start" Menu: The User-Defined Actions (UDA) submenu contains a list of actions which you define in the Options > User-Defined Actions dialog box, Start menu Actions tab. This submenu is primarily intended for integrating external tools, compiler, linker or spreadsheet programs, although any actions are allowed (max. 15 lines including separator lines).

"Version Control" Menu: The User-Defined Actions (UDA) submenu contains a list of actions which you define in the Options > User-Defined Actions dialog box, Version Control menu Actions tab.
