Page and Printing Setup

The Page and Printing Setup dialog box enables you to set various printing parameters, divided into the following categories: 

Page 

Paper Size 

Header and Footer 

Source/Text

Graphics

Top

Top Margin determines the position of the top margin. The default value is 10 mm.

Bottom

Bottom Margin Graph determines the position of the bottom margin. The default value is 10 mm.

Left

Left Margin determines the position of the left margin. The default value is 20 mm.

Right

Right Margin determines the position of the right margin. The default value is 20 mm.

Header

Header determines the position of the header. The default value is 10 mm.

Footer

Footer determines the position of the footer. The default value is 10 mm.

Default

The Default button sets default values for margins.

Paper Size

Portrait / Landscape

Sets Portrait or Landscape paper orientation.

Paper Size

Determines paper size.

Headers and footers

In Header, Mosaic Header, Mosaic Footer and Footer lists, you can select one of the combinations of labels (license owner, project name, date, time and so on) that will be printed in the left corner, in the center, and in the right corner. For each of these combinations you can specify a font style by clicking the appropriate Font button and selecting the font style.

Two columns

Determines if the text will be printed in one or two columns.

Line numbers

Determines if the line numbers will be printed.

Wrap Lines

Determines if the text window printing will wrap excessively long lines.

Use colors

Determines if text window printing will use color or black-and-white.

Override editor font

This check box determines if the editor font will be overridden while printing.

Mosaic

If a document cannot be printed on a single page because its printing requires a paper format larger than the one supported by your printer, the document can be printed on several pages in mosaic form. Each page contains coordinates of a related sheets and lines along which you can cut and put together the parts of the mosaic.

Fit to Page

Determines if the graphical presentation will fit to page. Otherwise, mosaic printing will be used.

Draw border

Determines if the border will be printed when printing graphical presentations in Fit to Page mode.

Use colors

Determines if Graph printing will use color or black-and-white.

Print Preview

In Print Preview, you can check how the document you are about to print will look before you actually print it.

On the screen, you will get a preview of the printed text or graphics from the active DA-C window. You can use toolbar buttons to start printing the previewed document, display the content of the previous or the following page, and close Print Preview.
