Licensing DA-PL/M is based on the FLEXlm library of the Globetrotter company. It falls into three groups.
Network Floating
On one computer on the network, in most cases on the file server, you install the so-called License Manager. This manager allows the maximal licensed number of
DA-PL/M instances to be used on the network. The license is bound to the network card of this computer.
Node Locked
The license is bound to the network card of the computer and can be used only on this computer.
Dongle Locked
The license is bound to the Hardware key, so-called dongle. DA-PL/M supports Aladdin
dongles. It is also possible to license DA-PL/M on Globetrotter FLEXid's (for example, if you already have this dongle of your compiler). We can delivery both, LPT or USB dongles.
